We have Boruch Hashem begun this year's
worldwide Shovovim project with great success בעזהשי"ת. Over 50,000 people are gathering
together to strengthen the foundations of Yiddishkeit: Jewish Family Values,
taharas hamishpachah and Sholom Bayis. These lectures are being held in over
600 locations in 10 languages. Over 2,500 classes are presently being held for
this year's Shovovim project.
Whether in Texas or Belgium, Eretz
Yisroel or South Africa, a major Kiddush Hashem is taking place! The Shovovim
Project is one of the largest worldwide projects in our time. In our own local
neighborhoods, thousands of people are attending these Shiurim.
Many who had never previously heard
about taharas hamishpachah, whether in large swathes of as-yet-to-become-Frum
communities in the United States to Kibbutzim across Eretz Yisroel, are now
coming to hear about how to live a frum and fulfilling Jewish life.
What amazing unity & Achdus is
being achieved through this project! Participants range from a wide spectrum of
Klal Yisroel. Frum and not yet Frum, Chassidish & Litvish, American and
Modern Orthodox, Mizrachi, Ashkenazim and Sephardim.
And now... we need your participation
to sponsor the over 2,500 Taharas Hamishpachah classes. We need to pay for all
the expenses of the Shiurim around the world which include:
Rabbonim and Kallah teachers
Worldwide speakers' traveling expenses
(to far-out communities and non-frum kibbutzim in Eretz Yisroel, etc.)
Printing and mailing of literature and
Halacha guides distributed at hundreds of the Shiurim
Advertising in all major international
newspapers
Printing and posting posters,
distributing flyers
Workers and hall rentals.
All of which totals over a quarter
million dollars for this year's worldwide Shovovim project alone.
