Calculu Business Centre arranges more time

Calculu Business Centre and Barclays Bank plc Stamford Hill branch reduce waiting times.

When Nathalie Pead, the new manager was appointed at the Stamford Hill branch, she enthusiastically takled the many shortcomings that plagued the local Barclays Bank.
Regular customers were requested to give feed back on past performance by entering their scores on electronic "polling Pods".
They were also asked to write their comments in the Guest Book, which - by the looks of it - was being filled up pretty quickly.
Overall performance improved considerably, however business customers felt that they could ill afford the long wait in the queue.
That's when the directors of the Calculu Business & Training Centre stepped up to the plate and during a meeting suggested that a separate Business Counter be opened.
Since they introduced quite few new businesses to Barclays Bank, their suggestion was accepted and local shop owners, office workers and businessmen are treated to their own Business Banker who helps them make deposits and the like.
The Business Counter is at the far end of the bank, enabling for a discreet, quiet space to carry out business.
It is hoped that business customers will take advantage of this novel and useful facility, which will encourage the new managers to make further improvements to both business and personal banking customers.
